Does the light blue tint affect how the screen looks?

The tint is subtle and mostly visible only when the screen is off. When the display is on, colors stay accurate and brightness remains high — it’s a visual cue for blue light protection, not a color distortion.

How does this protect eyes better than regular blue light filters?

BU04-5 combines a blue light-filtering TPU base with an exceptionally high UV 365nm blocking rate (≥95%). This dual protection targets both short-term eye fatigue and long-term retinal health for more complete anti-myopia care.

What does shatter-proof actually mean for safety?

If the phone screen breaks, the film keeps all glass fragments locked together and prevents sharp pieces from detaching. You can continue using the device without risking cuts until the screen is repaired.

Will it stick properly on curved screens?

Yes. The flexible TPU material and strong OCA adhesive conform tightly to curved edges and anti-fingerprint glass without lifting.

How fast does the self-healing work?

Light scratches and nail marks typically disappear within seconds to minutes at room temperature. The healing layer is designed to remain effective throughout the film’s service life.

Does it leave residue when removed?

No. The adhesive passes 10-cycle bonding tests and peels off cleanly at ≤5g/inch, leaving no sticky residue behind.

How is this different from BU04-7?

BU04-5 emphasizes shatter-proof safety and a light blue tint with ≥95% UV block. BU04-7 is colorless and focuses on pure blue light filtration with a slightly thicker build. Choose BU04-5 for maximum UV defense and glass containment; choose BU04-7 if you prefer an invisible look.
