What’s Matte TPU Screen Protector Sheets

Matte TPU Screen Protector Sheets are flexible optical TPU materials with an AG matte surface for reduced glare, smooth touch and scratch-resistant protection. Combined with stable OCA adhesive, they are designed for customized screen protector manufacturing across smartphones, tablets, smart watches and other electronic displays.

AG Anti-Glare

The matte AG surface helps reduce glare and distracting reflections for clearer, more comfortable viewing in bright environments. BU25-1 offers 50±3% haze, while BU27 provides 55±5% haze.

Smooth Matte Touch

The finely textured matte surface provides a smooth and comfortable touch, delivering a pleasant screen interaction experience while maintaining the distinctive feel of a matte finish.

Scratch Resistantc

The durable AG-coated TPU surface helps resist everyday scratches, scuffs and surface abrasion, providing reliable protection while maintaining a smooth and consistent matte appearance.

What is the difference between BU25 and BU27?

BU25 is a matte TPU screen protector material with anti-glare, anti-fingerprint, impact-resistant, explosion-proof, and self-healing features. BU27 is a 0.18mm matte TPU explosion-proof film with optical TPU material, AG anti-glare surface, smooth touch, scratch-resistant surface, ≥88% light transmission, and 180±15μm usage layer thickness.

Are these sheets suitable for die cutting and OEM production?

Yes. Matte TPU Screen Protector Sheets can be processed into custom shapes for different phone models and curved-screen devices. They are suitable for die cutting factories, screen protector manufacturers, private label projects, and wholesale OEM production.
