What Is BU37 Matte EPU Tpu Screen Protector Raw Material?

BU37 Matte EPU TPU Screen Protector Raw Material is a UV-cured composite roll film featuring a 210±10μm application layer, 15–20μm AG coating, ≥88% light transmittance, 50±5% haze, and ≥700g/inch adhesion. It reduces screen reflection and strong-light interference while maintaining usable display visibility for electronic displays, control panels, POS terminals, automotive displays, and other high-touch surfaces.

It is designed for screen protector manufacturers, die-cutting factories, film converters, coating and laminating processors, cutting-machine consumable suppliers, and OEM brands. BU37 provides ≥88% light transmittance and 50±5% haze, helping reduce screen reflections and strong-light interference while maintaining usable display visibility.

BU37 uses 60±5μm PET protective film + 15–20μm matte AG coating + 160±10μm EPU+TPU + 20–35μm acrylic adhesive + 75±3μm PET release film.

What is the adhesion performance of BU37?

BU37 records ≥700g/inch adhesion, with 1–5g/inch top-layer peel strength and 3–8g/inch bottom-layer peel strength. This provides stable bonding while maintaining controlled release for converting and installation.
