BU41 Clear EPU TPU Screen Protector Raw Material is a UV/light-cured composite functional film featuring a 260±10μm application layer, ≥90% light transmittance, <1.5% haze, ≥102° water contact angle, and ≥700g/inch adhesion. It can be converted for smartphones, tablets, smart watches, cameras, automotive displays, appliance control panels, POS terminals, self-service equipment, and other electronic surface-protection applications.

It is designed for screen protector manufacturers, die-cutting factories, film converters, coating and laminating processors, cutting-machine consumable suppliers, and OEM brands. Yes. BU41 uses a 20–25μm self-healing coating.

And self-healing performance varies between EPU models because different materials, coating systems and structures can produce different recovery speeds.
