What Is BU51 Anti Fingerprint EPU Film Roll?

BU51 Anti Fingerprint EPU Film Roll is a UV-cured clear EPU material featuring ≥115° water contact angle, 5-minute scratch recovery, ≥91% light transmittance, <1% haze and a 180±5μm application layer. Its high-smoothness, glass-like surface helps reduce fingerprints while supporting smartphones, tablets, automotive displays, control panels, POS terminals and other high-touch electronic surfaces.

BU51 uses BU51-1 technical data and is a 180±5μm UV-cured high-smoothness EPU roll material with anti-fingerprint, self-healing and glass-like touch performance.

How does BU51 reduce fingerprints?

BU51 records a ≥115° water contact angle, providing a highly smooth, hydrophobic surface that helps reduce fingerprint and smudge adhesion and makes the surface easier to clean.

How fast does BU51 self-heal?

The recorded self-healing result shows visible scratches nearly disappearing within 5 minutes.

And self-healing performance varies between EPU models because different materials, coating systems and structures can produce different recovery speeds.
