We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for quality-related issues. Simply provide clear photos or video evidence along with your order number. Once verified, we arrange a refund, replacement, or credit — whichever you prefer.
How long does delivery take to my country?
Express shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Air freight takes 7–15 days, and sea freight takes 25–40 days depending on your port. We’ll help you choose the best balance of speed and cost for your market.
Can you print my logo on the packaging?
Yes. We offer OEM services including custom logo printing on protective layers, branded packaging, QR codes, and barcodes. MOQ applies for custom packaging — contact us with your requirements for a tailored quote.
How fast does the self-healing work in real use?
The 10–13μm coating repairs light scratches and nail marks within minutes at room temperature. Deeper marks may take longer or leave a faint trace. It’s designed for daily wear, not heavy damage.
