BU36 Clear EPU Screen Protector Film Roll is a UV-cured clear EPU functional film featuring ≥91% light transmittance, <1% haze, self-healing ability, ≥103° water contact angle, and ≥400g/inch adhesion. It is suitable for smartphones, tablets, smart watches, cameras, automotive displays, appliance control panels, POS terminals, self-service equipment, and other high-touch electronic surfaces.

It is designed for screen protector manufacturers, die-cutting factories, film converters, coating and laminating processors, cutting-machine consumable suppliers, and OEM brands. BU36 is a UV-cured clear EPU screen protector raw material supplied in roll form. It is designed for downstream screen protector manufacturing, converting, slitting and die-cutting.

What are the optical properties of BU36?

BU36 provides ≥91% light transmittance and ≤1% haze, making it suitable for clear screen protector applications where display clarity is important.

What is the BU36 roll structure?

BU36 uses a 3-layer roll structure: 50±3μm PET protective film, a 150±10μm functional EPU application layer, It consists of an 18–20μm self-healing coating, a 105±5μm EPU base layer and a 20–25μm acrylic adhesive coating, and a 50±3μm PET release film.

Does BU36 support self-healing?

Yes. BU36 uses an 18–20μm self-healing surface coating. Self-healing performance varies between EPU models because different materials, coating systems and structures can produce different recovery speeds.
